For the brands below, DPD delivery is free on orders over £129.99. Orders at or below this threshold carry a £6.99 delivery charge.

Is there a minimum order value?
No. You can order without a minimum spend. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout, based on weight and the applicable delivery service.
My order is dispatched. Where is my tracking number?
Royal Mail tracking details may be uploaded overnight. If your order is marked as dispatched but tracking is not visible yet, check again the following day. Contact us if you need help.
Can I collect my order?
We do not currently offer customer collection. Please choose a delivery option at checkout.
Is next-day delivery guaranteed?
No. Next-working-day delivery is an aim, not a guarantee. Collection schedules, courier delays, weekends and bank holidays can affect delivery times.
What will delivery cost for my order?
Checkout shows the final charge based on your order’s weight and available service. The prices on this page are starting rates.
